When will my subscription be shipped?
Your subscription box will be shipped on the 15th each month
What do I get in my box?
In the first subscription box you will receive the selected number of cigars, a cigar cutter, cedar spill, box of matches and a monthly description card of the current month’s cigars.
When do non-subscription orders ship?
Please allow 5-7 business days after placing order for processing. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
Can non-members order?
Of course!! The shop is open to all. Right now during our launch, everyone gets the discounted prices. Once the club opens, only Members will receive discounts on items – so sign up now so you don’t miss out!
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription under your My Account section or go to our contact form here. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately.
